Before using any new skincare product, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin. If irritation, redness, burning, itching, swelling, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, a medical skin condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, please consult a healthcare professional before using new products.

Do not use products on broken, irritated, or infected skin unless directed by a healthcare professional. Keep products away from eyes, mouth, and intimate internal areas unless the product label specifically says otherwise.

1. Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe our products, ingredients, sizes, prices, and directions accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, photos, colors, textures, or website content will be completely error-free.

Because some products may be handmade or made in small batches, color, texture, scent, and appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch. These natural variations do not affect the overall quality of the product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before purchase and use. Topical by SelfMade SkinCare LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, misuse, or reactions caused by ingredients listed on the product page, label, or packaging.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is declined, fraud is suspected, or there is an error in pricing or availability.

1. Order Processing

Please allow 3 to 7 days for orders to be processed before shipping. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, restocks, or high-volume periods.

Once an order is placed, please review your confirmation carefully. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information.

1. Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, lost packages, stolen packages, or events outside of our control.

Once an order is marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.

1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or handled after delivery.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Refunds or replacements are handled at our discretion.

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
